Then I add that IP to my ban list in Windows Firewall, and I'll never connect to them ever again. What I do is use Resource Monitor to find the host's IP address when I join one of those lobbies. It's annoying when you keep rejoining the Aussie "dedicated" servers then have a red ping when you're actually in game, when you know you could host better and that there are 40 other games with better connections. They use tools that force it so that only they host, and the tools often lie about your ping when you're looking for a server to join, so you'll keep rejoining their game over and over again so that they can jerk their little nubs off to the power rush they get when we complain. I wouldn't bother trying to have a conversation with them about it.

There are just a lot of dudes who have so little power irl that they need to tell other people how to play video games & that they're flawed for wanting to play the game the way it was made, lol. When I join into a modded lobby, I don't leave immedinately. They also tend to DDS you, so your files will be changed, and Steam, because VAC is automathic, may possibly accuse you of a try to change your game files (modding), even though you are just a victim, who doesn't even know about that.
Players tend to block your IP address, so you won't have a chance to connect to their lobbies, and they won't have a chance to connect to your lobbies in the future. MW2SA, alias kicktool is easily being abused, because people already gave up on reporting those people via ''recording the gameplay'' (where they get kicked without any reason(s)). VAC banned players tend to not use Steam, they use a program, which has the same functions as MW2 on Steam, with a little bit more options.
